Refund policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Items can be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of your order arriving.

As we are a small business, we do not refund for change of mind.

We can exchange for another size or product of the value you purchased it for.

All goods must be in their original, unused condition. We will refuse to exchange or refund if we deem the item to be used.

COST OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding!

Only once the goods are back and the garment is assessed, will we then issue a credit.

FAULTY GOODS

If your product is deemed faulty, please email us at

to organise a return. Please state your order number and attach a picture of the fault so we can sort it. Of course, any items deemed faulty can be refunded for a credit.
